    This work presents a business plan for the creation of a supermarket for older adults in strata 4, 5 and 6, in the city of Medellin. Primary sources were used to develop the project, such as customer surveys and “cliente incognito”, resulted in the purchasing power, frequency of purchase and, most importantly, interest in the creation of the supermarket. Furthermore, a financial plan developed with more detail, show costs, expenses, and overall, the investment required for its operation. In this vein, the results obtained in each development for each objective, it should be noted that it is a profitable business, and most of all, unknown to many in Colombia. Finally, the next job to read, will tell you, what are the steps for developing the business plan for this supermarket in particular, showing in detail all of its formulation.
