    With detailed knowledge of the external and internal environment of the packaging sector for fluid sealing in Medellin, there is a proposal for strategic analysis applied to Tecniempaques S.A.S through which identify improvement plans for operational and administrative processes of the company which are aimed at achieving greater efficiency in the organization. It defines the strategy of the company which consists of: Mission, Vision, Corporate Values, Strategic Objectives, Strategic Plans and Implementation Strategy, which will be reflected in the profitability of the organization and satisfaction of employees and shareholders.
