    Colombia is a South American country where agricultural sector have great importance and impact on national economy. In the agricultural sector we can found different industries such as cattle, swine, poultry, horticulture and fruit growing among others. In this paper will discuss the fruit industry which brings together different types of products. Colombia has favorable conditions to develop the growth of this industry, because Colombia has an excellent geographic location and climate that permit a continuous production throughout the year. The interest of this work is to take the avocado fruit, and explore the conditions and current funding sources that the producers need and finally we propose a structure that fits the needs and business projections. To get to the implementation of the proposal was made a tour of the particular characteristics of avocado, to know its importance, diagnose where the risks of an investment in this product are. During this paper, people connected with the avocado cultivation were Interviews because is very important to know their personal opinion, experiences with the fruit. Finally with the support of these views we design and realized a financing structure like main object of this paper grade.
