    Within the growing pressure that companies are exposed to on a daily basis to continuously increase profits and margins, many variables are considered which drives them to huge and traumatic changes in all internal processes that do not always have the expected impact, leaving only a big waste of money and time that could have been invested in a much more simple and effective solution. Considering this, we began a research process in the company MUEBLES DOIMOS, to look for a simple and practical solution to various improvement opportunities that became evident in the processes and the structure, like for example the fact that the enterprise doesn’t have the processes well defined, there are many repeated and “double-executed” shores among some employees, there is no clarity in who is held responsible for them for each of these, leading to poor customer service, affecting directly sales and, therefore, the company itself.
