    This research was developed to analyze the feasibility of entering the market for generic chemicals used in the textile industry, Laundries and Dry Cleaners Bore Valley and surrounding municipalities, by Gamacolor y Cia. Ltd. This was achieved by analyzing the macro environment and competitive environment, a marketing strategy focused on the textile industry where a product concept development and the creation of a marketing mix according to the needs of the company, customers and products, operating technical analysis, a legal and organizational restructuring that will not only cover the new line but the company as such because they were found deficient in this area, a financial analysis that demonstrates the feasibility of the project, the impact that this will not only the company but to its customers, employees, environment and community, finally developing the implementation plan for the implementation of the generic chemical product line.
