    This work aims to give relevance to trade relations that should exist with a commercial partner as important as China, it is fundamental to highlight the influence it has had the socio-cultural in this society, and its influence on the form of doing business with them. At the same time the variables that influence the negotiations are shown and how the different contexts that make this country can serve as a basis for future Colombian enterprises to see opportunities for their business.
