    Taking into account the current economic moment Colombia is going through, its stable inflation rates, its attractive prospect towards foreign investment, its decreasing unemployment levels and its stability regarding growth politics; it is able to justify the development shown by local capital market according to the amounts invested by means of different alternatives. In order to feed the growing demand for saving and capital renting products, banks and financial institutions have developed along their history several financial instruments that have became traditional among Colombian population. Most of them focus their appeal on safety and moderated risk levels, even though there exist alternatives for more visionary investors as well. The tendency to prefer safety before profit clearly stands out.

    Estructura de financiación para la industria frutícola colombiana aplicado al aguacate

    Colombia is a South American country where agricultural sector have great importance and impact on national economy. In the agricultural sector we can found different industries such as cattle, swine, poultry, horticulture and fruit growing among others. In this paper will discuss the fruit industry which brings together different types of products. Colombia has favorable conditions to develop the growth of this industry, because Colombia has an excellent geographic location and climate that permit a continuous production throughout the year. The interest of this work is to take the avocado fruit, and explore the conditions and current funding sources that the producers need and finally we propose a structure that fits the needs and business projections. To get to the implementation of the proposal was made a tour of the particular characteristics of avocado, to know its importance, diagnose where the risks of an investment in this product are. During this paper, people connected with the avocado cultivation were Interviews because is very important to know their personal opinion, experiences with the fruit. Finally with the support of these views we design and realized a financing structure like main object of this paper grade.

    Pronóstico de series temporales financieras mediante la utilización de modelos neuroevolutivos

    Conocer el comportamiento del valor de un activo financiero en un mercado de valores, es una de las principales preocupaciones que afrontan las empresas y las personas alrededor del mundo, y hoy en día este campo constituye uno de los principales objetos de estudio tanto en el ámbito académico como empresarial. Para la solución de este problema, se han desarrollado diferentes modelos computacionales entre los que se destacan los modelos por redes neuronales, los cuales han sido utilizados ampliamente para pronosticar muchos tipos de series temporales. Sin embargo, los resultados que estas arrojan no siempre han sido satisfactorios (Marshall, Cahan, & Cahan, 2008) (Yamamoto, 2012). Por su parte los modelos computacionales que integran varias herramientas de la inteligencia computacional como los modelos neuroevolutivos, permiten emular algunos procesos presentes en la naturaleza como la interacción y el aprendizaje de las neuronas, así como las mutaciones y la evolución genética. De esta manera los modelos neuroevolutivos aprenden a detectar patrones, identificar tendencias y así predecir valores. (Isazi Viñuela & Galván León, 2004) (Beyer, 1997)
