This one is made in a conical shell cone, which is covered with chocolate inside, and also has a filling of liquid arequipe with a thin chocolate lid to prevent it from coming out of its interior. It has the perfect characteristics to enter the market of chocolate and sweets as a product of great attraction for the textures and flavors that are in it. Two months ago the production and commercialization of the CHOCOLATE COVERED CONE began; both the one and the other, due to the incipient development of the project, had very little capacity to satisfy the demand. However, there has been evidence of a progressive demand and consumption of the product, making it necessary to formulate a methodological design for the production and massive manufacture of the same that covers the demand.
