    For the development of this Business Plan a market research was made, based on secondary sources in Medellín City. This investigation covered aspects as possible customers, suppliers, the current distribution channel, environment and competitors. Based on the market study, an Osterwalder supported template business model was designed, identifying the key success factors for the business model. This degree work also contains marketing strategies in order to take the home automation systems designed to the target market.
