Some investigative techniques were developed in order to write this paper, giving as a result the identification of needs related with logistics, transport and supplier’s service, classified into 6 variables: paying system, delivery schedules, vehicle´s technical characteristics, delivery speed, customer service and frequency of distribution. For each of these variables, there are possible solutions that the suppliers can offer, and how Renting Colombia can help based on its social objective, that allows them to find out the best way to expand their portfolio of services and increase the company´s sales
