The travel agency TURISMO POR COLOMBIA D.E.O E.U is committed to providing quality service, reliable and timely, providing a preferential and differentiator treatment for each of her clients, implementing for this ISO 9001:2008, which is the quality manual tool.
This study was conducted with the aim of designing such a quality manual for certification process in compliance with the standard. The procedure for the design of this was an exploratory, qualitative results obtained based on both secondary and primary information.
