T: The following paper addresses the current challenge that Porsche Latin America, the regional office in charge of representing Porsche in Central and South America and the Caribbean, faces in its effort to increase its performance in the options business. This issue is aligned with the company's global strategy to boost profitability in all its operations and, therefore, the importance of achieving the ambitious goals set for this line of business. The main objective of this project is to create a report to estimate and manage the future performance of the importers' option turnover. This presented a great challenge due to the limitations and lack of tools available to PLA in the current scenario. To achieve this purpose, an innovative approach was developed in the project that allowed to define the appropriate process to carry out the estimation of the future performance. Based on this approach, the project development included the construction of the data sources needed to capture the different stages of the process, and the different performance indicators that arise from each of them. Once the relevant data sources were gathered, the project was completed with the construction of the proposed tool. The results of this project, although still in the internal testing phase, have been very positive. This is reflected in an 8% increase in office performance thanks to the level of transparency achieved with the creation of the model. Given the perceived value of its use, PLA has decided to actively implement and apply this report with the markets from 2024. In this way, it is expected to optimize and maximize the turnover results in the option business for all importers in the regional office.eng
